If you are booking accommodation for a family, please book all beds of the room selected. This is to avoid other devotees booking beds in the same room.

1. Brahmacharis and devotees requiring financial assistance must register by clicking “Brahmchari Registration� or “Financial Assistance� button below.
2. Brahmacharis and devotees requiring financial assistance need not book rooms online.

Registration of Children:- Only 50% of duty is charged for "Prasadam" and "Venue" for children between 5 to 11 years. However room rent remains as it is as per the room booked. Children below 5 years need not "Register" for the Event.

Registration Cancellation :- Advance charged against Registration will not be refunded. However, cancellation must be done to avoid further Hotel Booking charges. Registering devotee will be responsible in eventuality of non-cancellation of their Registration if they are unable to turn-up for the event.
