Etiquette/Rules to be followed by every participant

1. Registration Mandatory- We humbly request the devotees not to embarrass us by participating in Sravana Kirtana Camp without registration.
2. Sadhana- Devotees who are not yet initiated and are chanting minimum 8 rounds of Hare Krishna maha mantra in their everyday practice are also allowed to take part in the Camp. They are requested to chant minimum of 16 rounds during the Camp. If someone is not at that level, they could attend the camp in later years.
3. Vaisnava Dress- Devotees must wear Vaisnava dress (Men: dhoti and kurta; Women:Saries). Men should not wear South Indian vests or the North Indian pijamas. Men with Mustache, beard are not allowed. Women should decently wear sari and cover their head with the same. Shopping during programs is strictly prohibited.
4. Adherence to Schedule- Devotees are strictly discouraged to miss any program. Guru Maharaja doesn't like devotees missing mangal aarati, lecture etc. He wants everyone to follow the given schedule. Let us not displease him during the Camp.
5. Event Guidelines- All the participants should abide by the requests/norms as given by the organizing servants of the Sravana Kirtana Camp.
6. Vaisnava Etiquette- All are requested to maintain the highest standard of Vaisnava etiquette and also to cordially deal with the residents of the holy dham.
7. Please inform about the Sravana Kirtana Camp to all the devotees who are well-wishers/disciples of our beloved Guru Maharaja and especially to those who don't have email access.

Seva Details

1. To conduct the Camp efficiently, we need your co-operation and assistance. We request devotees to volunteer for different sevas. It is undoubtedly a great opportunity for us to serve our Guru and vaisnavas.
2. We are in need of donations and request all to contribute generously.
3. Volunteers are required for various services: Prasadam Cooking, Prasadam Serving, Media, Reception, Books and Transportation.
